On the Thursday of Holy Week (March 28th) there will be a youth retreat night at the Cathedral … not an overnight …. Just 2 hours set aside for prayer… This is ideal for youth in middle or high school (and of course the mentors who accompany them). There will be prayer stations set up throughout the Deanery … some guided …some contemplative … some creative …. some active ….
Stewards programme and ecumenical leadership training seminar
The WCC brings together a regionally and confessionally diverse group of young people to participate in leadership training seminars, and to serve at WCC governing body meetings.
Camp in the Community, Wilderness Camp and Board Spirituality are planned, directed and delivered by a vast paid and volunteer team. Our Mentor Team are motivated by their desire to share their passions and to see children, young people and elders grow in the experience and understanding of God and expressions of spirituality in an environment that allows for fun, exploration and questions.

Workshop
This is a full day workshop learning how we accompany young people, and all age people, especially when there is uncooperative behaviour. Through experiential learning Pip will engage us in emotional intelligence, emotional literacy, managing emotions and managing our own behaviour to be able to assist others to manage theirs, often vitally critical, behaviour.
